Self-Paced Learning Experience
This interactive training course equips older adults with essential password management skills to safeguard their personal and financial information online. Learners will explore best practices for creating strong passwords, recognizing phishing scams, and responding to security breaches. Through engaging visuals, real-world examples, and scenario-based quizzes, participants will gain confidence in protecting their digital accounts from cyber threats.
Self-Paced Professional Development
This course is focused on preparing first year teachers to set up systems, routines, and procedures in their classrooms. To alleviate the challenges and confusion that can take place during your first year as a teacher, it is important to plan and create a classroom vision. The course was created using EdApp LMS.
Asynchronous eLearning Course
This project focuses on fostering equitable workplace practices through inclusive performance evaluations. Developed using Articulate Storyline, the course incorporates interactive scenarios, gamified elements, and practical tools to help managers and HR professionals identify and address biases, set measurable goals, and provide constructive feedback. This training is designed to create fairer evaluation processes, boost employee engagement, and support a culture of continuous growth and inclusivity.
Asynchronous eLearning Course
This course was designed in Adobe Captivate. The goal of this learning experience is to educate employees and schools on how to create a safe and inclusive environment, where all people feel seen.
Instructional Animated Video
This educational video focuses on improving workplace relations by developing emotional intelligence in professionals. The content covers research on emotional intelligence, how to improve emotional intelligence, and the benefits of developing EQ in the workplace.
Instructor Led Training/vILT
During this instructor-led training, learners analyze effective conflict resolution, while also engaging in collaborative activities to discuss their relationships with conflict. With the guidance of the instructor, learners will also analyze power and privilege within workplace conflict and learn strategies to practice conflict resolution. This training experience can take place in person, or be adjusted for a virtual, synchronous experience.
